Beds were comfy, rooms were updated, couldn't hear the neighbors even though the hotel was completely booked. Sarah checked us in when we got there. She is a gem! Every staff member we interacted with were professional and helpful.

Parking was a little tough, but with a full hotel, and a holiday weekend, you should expect that.

The room was clean, quiet and well-maintained. I got a great night's sleep, so what more could you ask for!? The staff was courteous and made me and my daughter feel welcome.

Breakfast was so-so. I guess it was par for most hotel complimentary offerings. It was too early in the season, so the outdoor pool was not open -- was looking forward to that.

Clean rooms, friendly staff, and a nice breakfast selection. Internet connectivity issues disrupted my work. Close to a golf course, a plus.

This hotel was a well-suited match for a brief stopover in Monroe with good price-value balance. The staff was accommodating, providing us with fresh towels upon request since housekeeping seemed a bit behind. Be prepared for a bit of waiting if you need extra amenities during busier times.

Impressive and enjoyable room with 2 Queen beds, all the renovated equipment and a good breakfast for US$ 128. Quick check-in, simple check-out. No charge for wake up service and ironing too. Marvellous and absolutely perfect location, within short walking distance to everywhere. Nearby Chili's bar and grill - great place to chill out.

This place suits me perfectly! The free wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and fitness center keep me comfortable. I fondly remember when the staff helped me find my lost necklace. Keep returning for their warm hospitality!
